The travel unit - a real all-rounder

The travel unit is our all-rounder: the appropriate number of units will be installed based on the system size and requirements. It consists of 2 travelling carriages that can travel along the monorail to any desired position. By eliminating the track rod and connecting cables and converting to iWLAN, mechanical wear and susceptibility to faults are reduced to a minimum. The "entanglement" of the chain is also prevented and a maximum inclined position is achieved.
We currently install three different weight classes with load capacities of up to 2.5 tonnes (11 mm chain), 4 tonnes (13 mm chain) and max. 6.2 tonnes (16 mm chain), always with single-strand chain hoists.

Our design offers several advantages:
- half the chain length
- less wear
- double the lifting speed
- almost neutralised polygon effect of the chain, making it comparable to a wire rope hoist

The turn table - better than any gantry crane

Turn tables are used as a switching point for the carriageway to change direction and are usually installed in the ceiling structure. The turnouts can be mounted a different height in needed: the number and position of the turnouts is determined based on your individual requirements.
A further advantage over a standard gantry crane: the "X" and "Y" movements of the travelling units at 90° angles generate significantly more efficient travel paths.

The conveyor and conveyor trolley - in tandem like a turbo

The conveyor unit is used to buffer material (black/white goods). The conveyor trolley transports the traverses with the hanging goods to the desired storage position. The travel unit can then pick up the traverse from all storage positions for the rest of the production process. In this way, beams can be overhauled in the system or prioritised for specific customer material.

You can even save time with our "tandem storage" innovation: a variation that enables the simultaneous transport of a loaded traverse and an empty traverse, thus allowing for a traverse change in under one minute.

The lifting and lowering station - with a useful extra

The lifting and lowering station is positioned directly on the store or as an external station for loading and unloading. The lifting beam can be tilted to make it easier to load goods.
A useful extra that we consider standard: weight measurement or overload detection of the traverse as well as data acquisition via scanner.

Significant time can be saved with our "tandem storage" innovation: a variation that enables the loaded spreader beam and empty spreader beam to be transported at the same time, allowing the spreader beam to be changed in under 1 minute.

The empty jig store - masters of efficiency

As the name suggests, the empty jig store serves as a space-saving storage unit for empty traverses. Depending on the version, between 4 and 8 empty traverses can be stored at any position in the system.

Here too it’s all about efficient processes: in addition to optimising space utilisation, the empty traverse conveyor unit, in conjunction with other components such as conveyor units, conveyor trolleys and the lifting and lowering stations, enables traverses to be changed in under 1 minute.
